    • Date: December 2-3, 2024

Design Thinking for Business Innovation will tap into the power of design thinking to transform your business and gain practical skills to build team engagement, drive operational efficiency, and create new sources of value. This course will help you to:

  • Build skills and experiences in the steps of Design Thinking (empathy, define, ideate, prototype, and test)

  • Learn how AI can be used (and where it shouldn't be used) to speed up and enhance your ability to innovate for customers

What you will learn

  • “Hear It” – discuss and define innovation as a repeatable business discipline, and understand what design thinking really means and what it looks like in the real world

  • “Do It” – engage in an interactive team-based exercise to solve a real business problem, engage real people, understand needs, create and rapidly test prototypes, then iterate

  • "Apply It"  – discuss best practices in bringing design thinking to organizations, then identify several specific experiments each participant can try at work in the week that follows
