BUILD TOOLS AND APPROACHES TO MAKE BETTER DECISIONS.

    • Dates: August 11-12, 2026

The interactive Strategic Decision Making in the Age of AI course provides leaders with a structured, practical approach to making better decisions in complex and fast-moving environments. You will learn how to differentiate between types of decisions, frame problems more effectively, and apply disciplined thinking to reduce bias and improve clarity. Through hands-on application and a “learn, try, reflect” format, you will also explore how to incorporate AI as a thinking partner—enhancing insight while maintaining strong human judgment. This course will help you to:

  • Diagnose and classify decisions effectively, determining when speed, careful analysis, or deeper deliberation is required
  • Frame problems with greater clarity, using structured tools to distinguish between risk, uncertainty, and ambiguity
  • Apply practical frameworks and tools—including stakeholder analysis, bias mitigation techniques, and after-action reviews—to improve decision quality and execution across your organization

What you will learn

  • Differentiate and apply the right decision approach by classifying decisions based on structure, uncertainty, and impact
  • Recognize and reduce bias in decision-making by using practical techniques that improve both individual judgment and team dynamics
  • Translate decisions into action using tools such as stakeholder analysis and structured roadmaps, while leveraging AI to enhance insight and support stronger, more aligned outcomes
