In this hybrid leadership program, mid-to-senior level women are provided with leadership and strategy insights to lead themselves, their teams, and their organizations. Admission is by application only. The Goizueta Executive Women's Leadership Program will help you to:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the role storytelling can play in building your organization’s culture, strategy, and direction

  • Strengthen your ability to build influence and inspire others by developing fully articulated leadership and strategic narratives

  • Explore gender-based negotiation strategies to drive desired outcomes

  • Proven strategic relationship-building strategies that expand networks both inside and outside the organization

  • Understanding assertiveness as a female executive through a data-driven discussion of how perception links to gender

Expert Spotlight

  • Karen Sedatole completed her PhD in business administration at the University of Michigan in 2000. Her research focuses on the design and effectiveness of performance measurement and reward systems, the role of forecasting and budgetary systems within organizations, and control in interorganizational collaborations.
